Almost a year after the start of the Russian war of aggression, Poland, the Czech Republic and Germany are intensively engaged in supporting Ukraine. But beyond that, what is the situation in the three neighboring countries at the beginning of 2023? We consider the current political situation in the three countries and thus the framework conditions and perspectives for fields of future political and civil society cooperation between Warsaw, Prague and Berlin.
