Your Story Matters!
The Documentation Centre for Displacement, Expulsion, Reconciliation is looking for your memories of displacement, expulsion and resettlement.
In our testimony archive, we preserve unique testimonies of the past: personal accounts of flight, diaries, letters, photographs, and other documents that capture the individual experiences of displacement and uprooting. Every story counts and contributes to the great mosaic of our shared memory.
Even 80 years after the dramatic events at the end of World War II, these memories remain relevant. Share the stories preserved in your family about flight, displacement, and the year 1945 with us. Help create a valuable mosaic of memory for future generations!
